Please read and acknowlege the waiver below before your bonfire or picnic event.

Fyre Festivity 30A – General Waiver & Release of Liability

Beach Bonfire Event Agreement

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Fyre Festivity 30A (WBW Events LLC), for participation in a beach bonfire event organized and hosted by the Company.

By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in a beach bonfire event includes certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, burns, property damage, and other potential dangers. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and I agree to participate entirely at my own risk.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Fyre Festivity 30A (WBW Events LLC) and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or lawsuits of any kind — including those resulting from the negligence or gross negligence of the Released Parties.

This release covers, but is not limited to, claims for:

• Personal injury or death

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Any other damages or losses sustained while participating in or attending the event

I agree that I will not sue or bring any legal action against the Released Parties under any circumstances.

3. Property Damage Responsibility

I understand and agree that if I or any of my guests cause damage to any equipment, décor, or property provided by Fyre Festivity 30A (WBW Events LLC)— including but not limited to chairs, tables, tablecloths, fire pits, décor, poufs, or carpets — I am financially responsible for the damage.

A flat fee of $300 will be charged for any damaged item(s), regardless of the item(s) replaced or repaired. Payment must be made via Venmo or Zelle within two (2) days of notification and documentation of the damage (including photos).

4. Personal Property

I understand that I am solely responsible for any personal belongings I bring to the event. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

5. No Warranties or Guarantees

No promises or guarantees have been made to me regarding the event beyond what is listed in this Agreement. I acknowledge that weather, beach conditions, and other external factors are beyond the control of Fyre Festivity 30A (WBW Events LLC)

6. Medical Care

I understand that no medical staff will be present at the event, and the Company is not responsible for providing medical assistance. In the event of an emergency, I consent to necessary medical treatment and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.

7. Legal Capacity & Understanding

By signing this Agreement, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this Agreement.

• I have read and fully understand the terms of this Waiver.

• I am signing it voluntarily and without coercion.

• I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

By signing below, I (The Responsible client of Fyre Festivity 30a) accepts and agrees to the terms and provisions contained in this agreement.
