Beach Bonfires, Weddings, Picnics and Photography
Booking Process
Booking Times: We have time slots available 7 days a week. We suggest starting 45 minutes prior to sunset, however, we are flexible. All bonfires must end by 10:30 pm to give our attendants enough time to clean the beach.
Our business uses PayPal business and Venmo business to accept payment. Please keep in mind, Paypal business charges a processing fee, Venmo does not.
All Picnics and Weddings are considered a special event and times of picnics range from 4pm-Sunset.
STEP 1
Fill out our bonfire request form, Found at the bottom of this page.
Fill out Picnic request form at the bottom of the PICNIC page.
Fill out Wedding booking form at the bottom of WEDDING page.
STEP 2
Pay Deposit. After your bonfire event appointment and invoices are sent, pay the 50% deposit. Out of that, $200 is the non-refundable PERMIT deposit. We will use this to hold your reservation & purchase permits and materials.
Wedding deposit is $500 and it is available for a refund within 72 hours of booking. After 72 hours, the deposit is nonrefundable for any reason. The deposit will be used to purchase your special event permit.
All Picnics require a $100 non refundable deposit for special event permit. Picnics require a 50% initial deposit to secure booking.
For all events, once it is set up on the beach, regardless of weather it will not be eligible for any types of refund or credit.
STEP 3
Sit back & let us do the work. We will purchase your permits once we are within the time frame when permits go on sale. If your requested access is sold out, we will reach out or use your second choice. We must have a permit from SWFD, Bonfire permit fees and Special Event fees are included in all event pricing.
STEP 4
5 days before your bonfire, We will send a reminder to pay the balance of your bonfire. All Bonfires must be paid in full 72 hours before your bonfire in order to be set up on time.
5 days prior to your Picnic, the remainder 50% will need to be paid in full.
Wedding remainder payments must be made 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
STEP 5
On the day of your bonfire, picnic or wedding, we will send a confirmation text and email with details. Your beach event location is listed on your invoice and in your appointment details. A list of accesses can be found under our “Beach Access” tab.
STEP 6
Show up and Enjoy. Your attendant & photographer will meet you on the beach. Let us provide you an unforgettable night with memories to last a lifetime.
