Booking Your Event

Information & Process

Times:

We offer bookings 7 days a week. Bonfires typically start 45 minutes before sunset, ending by 10:30 PM. Picnics and weddings run 12 PM–sunset.

Payment:

We accept PayPal Business (processing fee applies) and Venmo Business (no fee).

Deposits:

  • Bonfires: 50% deposit, $200 non-refundable permit fee.

  • Picnics: 50% deposit, $200 non-refundable permit fee.

  • Weddings: $500 deposit, refundable within 72 hours; used to purchase your permit.

  • Pop-Up Events: Beach pop-ups require $200 permit deposit; home/backyard pop-ups require a travel fee.

Important: Once your event is set up, no refunds or credits are issued, regardless of weather.

How To Book

  1. Submit Request Form: Bonfire, Picnic, Wedding, or Pop-Up form at the bottom of the respective page.

  2. Pay Deposit: Secures your reservation and covers permits.

  3. We Handle the Details: We purchase permits, manage setups, and will contact you if your access is unavailable.

  4. Pay Remaining Balance: Bonfires – 72 hours prior; Picnics – 5 days prior; Weddings – 2 weeks prior.

  5. Event Confirmation: You’ll receive a text/email with location and details. Beach access list is under “Beach Access”.

  6. Enjoy Your Event: Your attendant and photographer will meet you on-site to create unforgettable memories.
